After Sales Service

At ARC Tooling we offer a rapid response to your tool maintenance and modification needs. This is done by utilizing our own in-house factories in Sweden and in China, but also by working with selected partners closer to your site.

Injection moulds represent a big investment for any plastic processor. They are a big part of your company's assets and the basis of production. A German study made in 1992 shows that almost 7% of possible production time is lost due to damaged injection moulds. To ensure the down time is minimized at all times ARC Tooling has a wide network of approved service partners ready.

Handover Package

Each new tool is shipped with Hard and soft copies of all needed tool data.

Local Service

ARC Tooling have local service people in place in order to ensure that your tool runs to its full potential. We have staff and facilities available in all over Europe including Sweden, UK, Poland, The Netherlands and Lithuania ready to service and maintain your tools.
