Our production is based in one of the fastest growing markets in the world, a region with high competition among suppliers, extremely competitive prices and very hard-working and devoted personnel. Our Swedish employees based in our fully owned factory in China are working with quality engineering, project management and customer support. They make sure that our customer's demands, needs and requests concerning lead time, quality and price are recognized and guaranteed. Experienced mold makers in our sales offices and service shop support the customers through all parts of the business process with professional service, answers and advice, both during the project and after the moulds have arrived in Europe.

Stability

Our company was established by Håkan Toré in 2002 in Shenzhen, south of China, and specializes in production of plastic injection and die casting moulds. For the first two years we were trading in moulds and acquired thereby the experience in project management, knowledge about the market and technical expertise that made it possible to open a factory of our own in the beginning of 2004. Our Swedish managing director Peter and founder Håkan are based in China together with five other Swedish employees. We have an additional seven people working in Sweden in our service tool shop / sales office in Gislaved and sales office in Kungsbacka. In order to be closer to, and offer better service to our other European customers we've also recently opened sales offices in Reading, UK and Lithuania.

Today our factory in China has over 140 employees and capacity to produce 40-50 moulds a month. The factory is equipped with high speed CNC, EROWA holder systems in EDM and CNC, Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and our own injection machines. Through the easy communication between our Swedes working in production and the sales offices in Europe and by professional project management we are able to handle small as well as big projects.

Staff

At ARC Tooling we understand the importance of our coworkers. They are the foundation of everything we do.

We are therefore very proud of the fact that we have a stabile and growing group of well trained and experienced people working with us.

Over the last 3 years ARC Tooling have had a total staff turnover of 6%. This is extremely low in a market where it is very common with 40-50% yearly turnover. This brings stability!
