Our fully owned factory is equipped with high efficient machine centers, and with in-house tool trials and CMM we have total control of the entire mold making process.

Once the tool production is complete, the tools are sampled for the initial evaluation of the product. ARC's Process Engineers work to establish a robust molding process that includes process settings from the resin supplier combined with our own material experience.
